If you are the owner of an apartment you are automatically also a co-owner of a part of the complex.

All this is controlled by an association of owners which has a  open structure.
You therefore have many advantages.
In short, it means that you can use as being similar to a hotel guest all the facilities: the organized events, buffets, fitness, swimming pool, restaurant, sauna etc.
Also common cleaning is controlled.

You have no water and electricity meters and maintenance concerns. This is arranged by the hotel, (= benefit as it is Large consumers rate) and distributed to all owners. The service fee for energy and maintenance of the complex incl your garden is approximately Euro 230, – per month. This, of course, varies according to changes in the the height of the energy rates.

IDEA: this could be an ideal new job opportunity:start as a tennis coach on this complex. 
This is because you can use all the tennis courts, (17 in total, of which 4 are reserved specifically for owners. 6 courts have lights).

You can charge a fee to guests and co-owners of the complex, (outsiders are not allowed).
