In the living room, -where at present you see the dining table- there is a corner, (see photo shoot) which can be transformed to a bathroom as there are pipes for water and sewage pre-installed in the floor. Also a bar/kitchen can be installed.

Because of the high ceiling in the living another interior floor can be installed to have for example a ‘vide’ for a library, study etc.

Community costs are approx Euro 65,- per month, this is for:
– General cleaning throughout the building,
– Maintenance of elevator, Electric gate/door, communal lights etc.
