This Finca is at least 200 years old and renovated in recent years by the current owner.
Here you can enjoy a complete rest with a panoramic view of the orchards and fields.
A typical Spanish stylish Finca which has all rustic in it.
The Finca has many authentic details, both in and outside.
Inside for example this is seen through the:
-original tiling,
-the staircase,
-the kitchen,
-the large fire place.
Outside you see this in the:
-typical wooden shutters,
-railings,
-separate backing house,
-and was / watering hole
The watering hole is an authentic “Aljibe” (underground rainwater tank) with a capacity of about 30.000 liters of water.
Deeper in the terrain another waterreservoir with a source is to be found.
The finca has a barn / garage space and a large space for stable facilities for, f.e. horses. You can setup approximately 3 to 4 large boxes in a shady, (so cool) part.
In total there are a 2.000 almond trees (representing an annual harvest of about 700-1000 kg)
250 olive trees and numerous pine trees which are packed together in own pine tree forrests.
Important is the fact that the current owner obtained permission of the Municipality Relleu to build additional homes. For example cottages for rental opportunities. A total of 1.400 m2 living space.
On average, you can build with this approx 14-15 ‘Casitas’.
The Finca has an attached outbuilding that has been completely renovated to accommodate large groups.
