2,5 km from the popular village of Aigues.
The plot is easily reached by first a tarmac road and then a dirt track.
The views are panoramic and all the way views to Alicante, (old castle is even visible) El Altet, (location airport) and of course the sea.
There are plenty of locations in the plot for constructing your own place.
In the photoshoot we already picked a location with the best views: village of Aigües and Seaview
The size and the lay-out of the plot makes it possible to obtain a building license.

Yes to all, you have apply/request via municipality & Conselleria in Alicante, (Declares Interes Communitario)
-4- Can it be split to built 2 houses?
No, it has been asked to the townhall, it is not possible because of the lay-out of the plot with the ‘baranco’.
The plot has no connection to electricity and water network.
Solar panels are an alternative for electricity, and a water depot can be placed into the soil with its own pump for water.
Both systems have been tried and tested on “the campo” for years and will be lower in costs than connecting the plot.

– solar panels for a normal household: approx. Euro 6.000
-water depot: approx. Euro 5.000
Aigües , also called ‘Aguas de Busot’ is a municipality of 19 km ². The village is located about 300 m altitude .
In 2007 Aigues had 951 inhabitants.
