You have a direct access to the famous Paraiso beach of Villajoyosa where you can enjoy a beach bar, (chirinquito) in the summer.

Opposite the house in the apartment building no 4, you will have your own parking with storage, (see photoshoot for rear entrance to block 4, so you don´t have to walk all around to your house).
At the end of this block of houses you will find nearby 1 of the 3 communal pools,
You can have nice walks on this resort which has 3 communal pools, a park to have a relaxed sit and a public playing area for children.
It is all fenced and you will have a direct access to the Paraiso beach, (see photoshoot).

Community costs are approx Euro 145,- per month, this is for:
– General cleaning throughout the resort,
