House sales in Spain rose by nearly 14% in the 2nd quarter 2015.
This is the 6th consecutive quarter, indicating a growth in home sales in Spain.
In addition, this is the highest growth in a quarter after closing 2014 with an annual growth of 17.4%.
2014 had the biggest growth since 2004!
Despite this growth, the number of sales is still 58% lower than in 2006 (just before the crisis).
With this it is definitively shown that home sales in Spain have past the worst.
Another movement is an increase in home prices is observed.
In short; there is a picture of recovery and confidence.
